Go over and talk to them for a few minutes to get a feel for how knowledgeable they are. I give them 4 stars only because the turn around time could be a little sooner for simpler jobs, but I understand that--like all service providers--sometimes it can be pretty busy, but it is generally quicker than Best Buy.
