Great service 10/25/2011

Go over and talk to them for a few minutes to get a feel for how knowledgeable they are. I give them 4 stars only because the turn around time could be a little sooner for simpler jobs, but I understand that--like all service providers--sometimes it can be pretty busy, but it is generally quicker than Best Buy. Fraud!! They returned my daughters computer in worse condition than when she brought it to them!! She had them trouble shoot 1 item and they made it worse. She had to pay them for telling her what she already knew!! DO NOT GO TO THIS OUTFIT!! more
