I have to tell you how great it was to be able to run errands last Saturday and the person you have on the phones (i think her name is Mary) kept me regularly informed on when your service technician would be at my home. then this very nice young man did a great job of explaining what was going on, gave me several options, and allowed me to make the choices that were best for me. I now have a brand new water heater that works great. You folks at Allen are the best service company anywhere!!!!
