Review content:
One would expect a spa to be a place where you go to be pampered and to ease the stress of daily aggravations. Unfortunately, Austin Springs Spa is ruined by their terrible reception. No thank you, no smile...basically rude and unwelcoming even though I was purchasing hundreds of dollars of spa services. The spa services I have had there have been good, but who wants to go to a spa that puts you in a bad mood as soon as you walk in the door? The owner should fire the horrible receptionist because she is ruining it for an otherwise nice spa.
Pros: great esthetician Eva and Angela is fantastic for mani/pedi
Cons: horrible receptionist with blond hair (don't know her name), others may be nice
