Review content:
Everything about this company is horrible, but nothing compares to its horrible customer service. Not only was the party bus late, but I didn't even get the vehicle I reserved and payed for. I was only notified of the last minute switch-up 20 minutes before it came when I had to call them first. The party bus I was on were all minors and the man in charge of the whole business threatened to leave us in Hollywood if we did not pay him right then and there. & Yet, how would we pay him if he didn't come on the location we were supposed to get picked up in the vehicle he was driving in the first place? Also, the refund I received back was nothing compared to what I really should have got back.
