WORST company ever 5/14/2012

Everything about this company is horrible, but nothing compares to its horrible customer service. Not only was the party bus late, but I didn't even get the vehicle I reserved and payed for. I was only notified of the last minute switch-up 20 minutes before it came when I had to call them first. The party bus I was on were all minors and the man in charge of the whole business threatened to leave us in Hollywood if we did not pay him right then and there. & Yet, how would we pay him if he didn't come on the location we were supposed to get picked up in the vehicle he was driving in the first place? Also, the refund I received back was nothing compared to what I really should have got back. Pros: null Cons: null more

THE WORST LIMO COMPANY 5/3/2011

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Having worked in the entertainment industry for nearly 10 years where my job is to book and schedule transportation for various high end celebrities. NEVER have I encountered such POOR customer service. I booked a limo 3 weeks in advance and confirmed time and date twice before the event. I called for a 3rd time when I found out they where a half hour late and the owner of the company had no idea about my reservation. He continued to lie to me and tell me numerous stories, none of which matched up, on why they where running late. I gave them the opportunity to correct the problem but in the end after waiting 2 1/2 hours I had to not only cancel the limo but cancel the entire event. There was no effort on the owners behalf to rectify the situation. When I called the following Monday to discuss the situation with the owner, I was told to call back "at a later time because he is going to just yell at me". WTF??? more
