I went in with an open mind and came out with Effed up hair!!! I made a last min apmt to get a cut and highlights. I tried explaining how my hair tends to "pull reds" and would need an ashy toner. I came out with a FULL head of RED hair... No, make that ORANGE!!!!!!! I am calling tomorrow and hoping to God that they will fix this and not charge me. I am truly pissed and can't stand to look in the mirror right now. Save yourself time, money and tissues and go somewhere else!!!!!
