Review content:
I am a new customer of RedDog after my husband and I were impressed by the staff and facility on our recent tour. The place is kinda hard to find at first and took us nearly 20 minutes from our home in Kenwood because all they had was a small temporary sign that we drove right past on our first visit. Once we got there we couldn't believe how detail oriented the manger/owner was in designing the building, everything from the pool to the 'old dog room' to the outdoor park makes it unique for Cincinnati. We like how they limit the number of dogs in daycare and they have outdoor grass or turf areas. This was one of the problems with the place we used to go called Petspot because it only has concrete outside and always has way too many dogs in the day-care room. The woman at RedDog that gave us a tour was great, and she made sure everything was taken care of on our dog's first visit. I cant believe i am saying this but it really is a ritz for dogs! They have a new sign now that makes it easier to find but we've just told our friends to look for the old oakley drive in.
Pros: Staff/pet care/building
Cons: Was difficult to locate at first, no sunday drop off
