They take my insurance. I verified it online; I verified it with the insurance company, I called back and forth and was sent in circles, but they still gave me trouble. Now, I just want the insuracnce discount on the exam and I am willing to be a very fashionable consumer who'll generally drop more money than I should on the frames, but they were so diffiuclt with this. It's hard enough coping with insurance companies these days, but for your doctors to give a patient so much trouble. How can you trust that? How can they treat good customers so poorly?

Cons: Horrible service. Playing games with Insurance. Won't honor online contact purchases.
