I am not originally from nyc and was so excited to find an optician that was not a chain but more like an old family doctor. The doctor was so thorough and informative. I got an eyeglass and contact exam but told the doctor that I would be ordering the contacts online. The doctor was so rude and nasty about this. I wanted to get my glasses there but after that experience I fealt black listed. He practically kicked me out of the store! And the lady at the front desk was a major looser and totally rude - she should be fired. Park West Vision has lost my business. It is just too bad! I was going to pay $800 for those glasses but will have to get them somewhere else. Park West - was it worth the $80 loss over internet contacts???
