Review content:
Last year I had a great experience at Park West Vision. However, I was treated so poorly yesterday, that I am looking for a new eye doctor. The staff, including the doctor, were more like pushy salespeople than eyecare providers. I was reminded 3 times that I was only covered for an exam. Then, when I stated that I would be ordering my contacts from an internet site, the doctor made a sarcastic comment along the lines or "we're offering the same price, so I don't know why you're giving it to them." Then, when I went to the front counter to pay, another staff member was very rude and did not adequately explain why I had to pay money in addition to the copay on my insurance. So, my conslusion is that Park West Vision is friendly as can be, as long as you're spending tons of money there.
