Worst service EVER! We had a party of 9 for a birthday lunch and should have known things would go bad when they gave us a newbie waitress. Either she doesn't know how to write, or the cooks don't know how to read because only a few of the orders came out right. One of my coworkers was charged for the cheese that they put on top of her lunch without her actually asking for it in the first place. Another was told that her meal wasn't supposed to contain cheese, when the person sitting next to her had the same exact dish with cheese in it! The birthday person had to get her lunch to go because it hadn't come out an HOUR later! Supposedly the owner himself was making her lunch...how long does it actually take to make a beef & bean nacho?!? He then had the gall to justify the bad service by accusing someone in our party of disrespecting the waitress, but wouldn't say who or how that occurred. He acted like he was doing a huge favor by comping the birthday person's lunch, but then made up that "hardship" by not giving us the County Employee discount that they advertise. You couldn't pay me to go back to that dump again.
