I visited Trini & Carmen's Waterford location on a Thursday night. It wasn't crowded, but the atmosphere was lovely. The waitress was very friendly as well as the other workers that were there. The chips they brought to the table were warm and HOMEMADE!!!!!!. A definte must have. We ordered the Super nacho. It was beautiful, but when we begin to eat, there was not enough meat for the amount of chips that was on the plate. We thought all of us (3) would be able to eat and get full. That would've been the case if the nacho wasn't all chips. We won't EVER order that again. We then ordered the Fajitas for two with steak & chicken. It was WONDERFUL!!! There was enough meat, vegetables, everything. The vegetables were cooked to perfection. I most likely will return, just not to get a nacho.
Pros: the fajitas for two was enough for three
Cons: there's not enough meat or cheese on the nacho supreme
