i fell in love with trini's many years ago after many bad mexican food experiences. the food is fresh and delicious. the people are friendly and prompt. the nachos, guacamole and fajitas are the best around! i never judge a book by its cover. some of the biggest hole-in-the-wall restaurants are the best kept secrets. but personally, i love all the artwork and knickknacks at trini and carmen's. any one who has a bad experience here needs to give this restaurant a second shot!! or not.......and that will just be less of a wait for a table for the rest of us trini and carmen lovers!!
