I wish I were exaggerating when I say that the only good thing about this place is the roof. The apartments are shabby. The walls are a mess. The carpets are quite literally disgusting. Appliances are extremely dated and break constantly. Response time to issues is virtually nonexistent. Neighbors are loud and there's obviously been little to no effort put into making the apartments more soundproof. The place is NOT secure. Had some drugged out people knocking on my door trying to get in and some drunk sales people another time. When we have people visit, they can never find parking. You also have to run all the way downstairs to let anyone in the building (not an easy task--this place is so poorly laid out, it's a maze). Dogs barking constantly. Dryers never work in the laundry room. The "balcony" is a joke. Someone is making a lot of money writing this awful place good reviews.
