I've been going to Briarcliff for 3 years. I have always had a positive experience. They literally treat me like family. The staff is wonderful! Based on customer service these days, it's extremely noticeable how they are the upper crust. They are always friendly and helpful. It's always clean. I've never seen it dirty at all. There is always a pleasant smell, which has always been a very pleasant surprise. If you're the type who wants vet care for your animals that is progressive, this is the place. They are a little more expensive, overall, but that's based on the things I elect to do because they recommend things that will keep Ginger healthy. You won't be sorry if you use this vet.
Pros: Great customer service
Cons: Southside Blvd can have very bad traffic
