Review content:
Sales associates are clueless. The girl who helped me didn't even know the correct prices for the lens I wanted. Each time she went back to the store manager for "coaching" she came back with a higher price. How do they expect the customer to pay more than $500 for eyeglasses when they don't know the first thing about them. The store manager was impossible. He made me feel like I was the bad guy because I didn't want to fork over the cash. Very snobby kid. They must work on commission there and it shows. Not recommended at all in my book.
Pros: Designer frames like Burberry and Prada
Cons: Atrocious manager, poorly trained staff, snobby attitude
