Horrible management 2/18/2008

Sales associates are clueless. The girl who helped me didn't even know the correct prices for the lens I wanted. Each time she went back to the store manager for "coaching" she came back with a higher price. How do they expect the customer to pay more than $500 for eyeglasses when they don't know the first thing about them. The store manager was impossible. He made me feel like I was the bad guy because I didn't want to fork over the cash. Very snobby kid. They must work on commission there and it shows. Not recommended at all in my book. Pros: Designer frames like Burberry and Prada Cons: Atrocious manager, poorly trained staff, snobby attitude more

Avoid at all costs!! 1/8/2008

I have never EVER been as appalled as I was this morning. I walked into the Lenscrafters in Dedham to have my glasses adjusted and was greeted rudely by multiple F-bombs coming out of the back room. The workers clearly have no respect for their customers. I blame the poor management of the place. Mirror had fingerprints everywhere, the restrooms were unusable they were so filthy, and the staff kept staring at me from the moment i walked in. I'm tempted to file a racial discrimination suit becuase I've heard of incidents like this at this Lenscrafters before. Do yourself a favor and go to cambrige eye instead. Pros: none Cons: feeling of discrimination especially from white manager and staff more
