Review content:
Our four children (two currently enrolled, two graduated) all have a special place in their hearts for Banner. The director, Adell Kabins, is as knowledgeable as she is kindhearted. Her passion for early childhood education is evident in all that she does. From greeting every child at the door each day, to entertaining them with stories and songs, to providing workshops and enrichment for the teachers (many who have stayed for 10 plus years), to organizing talks and family events for the Banner community. The classrooms are inviting, and the toys and materials are of high quality. The teachers find a wonderful balance between consistency in routine while exploring new avenues of curriculum-building based on the students' ideas and specific interests. Adell and the teachers are always open to discuss concerns, and to share a nice or funny anecdote about your child's day. The compassion, warmth, and creativity at Banner Preschool creates a nurturing and inspiring environment for our children to feel safe, comfortable and confident to learn, grow, and share with others...and for those things we are forever grateful to Banner.
