WE have just swithched managemen company's and we have 600 units. After 1 year we are better off that we ever have been. Our property vlue has gone up $20,000.00 sice the improvements that Hillcrest has mafe the suggestions to board memebers. I also ge a call back on the same day even if it id returned to me at 8 oo clock at anite, hey no matter what the time is I get a call back!!!!!! That is good sevice. There mangers are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week, Again that is service.
