Review content:
I am so happy that I found The Fresh Diet. I was recently recovering from a major knee injury when I tried a 5 day trial of the Fresh Diet, and quickly ordered my first 30 day series. The food is great, and I love that they give you choices for each meal as compared to some of the competitors - who do not. When you can choose what you'd like to eat, you don't feel as if you are on a restrictive diet. I work very long hours and often times do not have energy to cook for myself (or time), and the Fresh Diet is a great solution to take away the potential for bad eating decisions. I really do enjoy cooking when I have the time, so I like that you are able to put a weekend on hold or put a day on hold when you prefer. It's also a great lesson in portion control... you realize after a few days that you REALLY don't need the portion sizes you may be accustomed to.
