Review content:
I have been doing the Fresh Diet for three months and have seen dramatic results. The food is good, great variety of healthy fresh options and the convenience factor is a huge plus. I basically walk out my front door and there is a cooler bag waiting for me every morning with all I need to get skinny. I have lost weight, saved time and energy not having to cook or grocery shop and have renewed several times over. I highly recommend it!
