I have tried a few other meal delivery companies and they simply cannot match The Fresh Diet. The fact that you choose your own meals each day guarantees you will not get bored with the menu, nor be stuck eating food you do not like. It is always fresh (never frozen), super convenient, and I look forward to picking up my bag at my doorstep each morning with my full day's mean plan - breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks every day - so you don't go hungry, but you still lose weight because they portion everything properly and monitor your calories for you! The Fresh Diet is THE BEST (and their cheesecake is addicting!)
