The food is top quality and nothing beats having meals delivered fresh to your door every day. It feels rewarding to be eating healthier too, aside from the convenience of the service. It really fits into my lifestyle as a busy single professional. The website makes it so easy to choose between food options and stop/start service. I've used other meal services who's website is not up to this level and should be. Try The Fresh Diet and it will be hard to go back!
