For two years now, I have been amazed and thoroughly pleased with the consistency and quality of The Fresh Diet. Delivered daily, I receive my choices from an online menu, breakfast, lunch, dinner with two sides, and two snacks. My days of struggle over what to eat to be healthy are over! I have a variety of foods that I could only wish for before TFD. I no longer throw spoiled food away because I couldn't eat it fast enough. I don't waste gasoline shopping. I have such little trash at the end of the week with only the recyclable plastic to put out to the curb. Even my utilities have made a dramatic drop! My annual checkup shows all my blood chemistry is in the ideal range and the ratio of triglycerides to HDL-cholesterol are perfect! My good health is so simple and so pleasing to come by now, all I need do is enjoy life, exercise and drink plenty of water. Hats off to the culinary team, the dietitians, the delivery team, customer service and all those involved at The Fresh Diet who have made my life happier and healthier. You are the greatest!
