I have tried a number of food delivery services. I think Fresh Diet is really a good alternative because: (a) Its reasonably priced (almost 1/2 of what some of the others cost; (b) you can choose your meals from a number of alternatives (great feature); and (c) you can list your dislikes and likes so that if you try to order something that includes an ingredient you don't like (such as cooked peppers or garlic or whatever), the system will alert you to this in case you want to change your order. Pretty great! i think some of the items are pretty small and some could taste better, but over time you learn what you like and can choose accordingly.
