They have terrible customer service, if you are not buying that day they don't want to wait on you. They would not stand behind the jewelry they sold my friend either. the necklace broke 3 days later and they said he must have pulled on it and were very rude to him like he was garbage. The owner does not care about anything the customer says or the work they do. His name was yalda perra, he is on the tv commercials acting all friendly. I went across the street to Metawars and got treated like a king. Direct Gold & Diamond Co is a abunch of backstabbers, they screwed his old boss over also and opened this store. One of the nicest men I have ever met?
