I had bent a prong on my diamond setting and needed to fix it, but had just moved to Houston so I didn't know where to take it. i know some places won't work on items non purchased from them, so I went in to several stores for quotes. After being quoted $200 to fix it from other stores in the area, I walked into Galaxie. Kip took five minutes to fix it , shined it up so it looked like the day my husband gave it to me, and charged me nothing! He just shrugged and said he loved what he did and didn't need to charge me to fix a prong. These people make beautiful, custom pieces and he knew he didn't have to rip me off to get his profits. They are confident in their knowledge and craftsmanship, and very honest and upfront. It's so easy to get cheated when it comes to jewelry, so go to Galaxie where you can trust someone! I promise you'll be happy.
