My company hired Shield cleaning to do a very in depth, thorough cleaning of our 2 floor office building. We specifically told them the areas we wanted cleaned but I guess it went on deaf ears. We opened our office on a saturday morning to ensure that no one would be in their way. But to our dismay, Monday morning our desks were still dirty, I myself, even had a big cup stain on my desk. There was dirt atop every picture frame, the floors did not look like they'd been shined like we asked, the kitchen floor was filthy, and dirt in corners that could be reached. It looked as if they cleaned everything that was noticeable like the windows and straightened everything else out. If that's what we paid for I would have rather hired a 8 yr old to do it for a cheap allowance. We were not satisfied, so we called them up to complain; and their response was cold. they did'nt offer to rectify the situation, ask any questions or even apologize, they simply did not care. Don't use this company if you value cleanliness, they dont care and the service is horrible!
