Review content:
I joined citysearch just to be able to review this. My dog had an emergency, a lump found on her last yr when i was visiting Oxnard. I took her to the Banfield and they told me she probably had cancer and had to have surgery immediately. Distraught, I agreed and signed up for their pet care program. I told them I didnt live there and asked if it was transferrable easily to another location, they said yes which is a complete lie. She had a very expensive surgery, then all they would tell me for results was that she had a benign fatty lump, not much for a possibly fatal anesthesioly for an old dog. I then moved to LA and had to continue driving the 1.5 hrs to Oxnard as there are none near here and I couldnt change the plan without signing up for a whole nother year.
Pros: Well lit?? really, none.
Cons: Incompetant staff, Wellness plans are horrible scams to take your money.
