Mr. Garron is one of the nicest and most competent consultants ever. I am 79 and deaf - and he helped me for over 3 years now. He is kind, helpful, writes down notes for me since I can't hear - and I really think Volvo is lucky to have such a conscientious employee! He is excellent in all respects! more

We love Dalzell Volvo + have been customers dating back to 1984 when Dave operated a service station in Dover. Whether it's Dazell's in Dedham or Foxboro, the sales, and in particular the service, has always been outstanding. Dalzell sets the "gold standard" for professionalism. Your dealership provides excellent service. 7/21/2011

I wanted to say thank you for all your help, and also wanted to say how much I'm going to miss the quality of service you guys provided. Matt and Matt were always extremely helpful and did anything in their power to accommodate me. Being at another dealership today made me appreciate your service. I was lost in a crowd there, which is not the feeling you guys gave me. Maybe someday my husband will let me get a Volvo again and if he does , it'll be you guys I come back to. more

I was very impressed with your service department. 7/19/2011

The car started making a loud vibration banging sound at the left front wheel. As it turns out it was ice and snow jammed up under there. I was very impressed with your service dept. They brought the loaner right down and took my car back. Thank you for the follow up. I absolutely love the car and am happy with the response I received. more
