Review content:
This Moorestown facility needs a serious education on compassion, and communication skills both will benefit the pets and owners. Cycling through staff adds to the stress of the facility. They need to keep at least one knowledgeable person for more then 3 months. For a medical facility this location fails in all Patient categories. The past visit was the last straw, we are cancelling our wellness program, retrieving our records and taking our cat to the local animal hospital where our other 2 cats are cared for with consistent, compassionate, competent, and professional care.
