the office staff is very rude. i am new to the memphis area and on my first visit i got lost and they were not helpful in helping me get there. also, Dr. Woobury came in and typed away on the computer and didn't take the time to hear what I wanted to say. He speaks too fast and doesn't ask if I have any questions. You always have to wait at least an hour before they take you back and even then it takes a while for the doctor to come by. The office manager hung up the phone on me b/c she was "busy and has work to do."
