What a horrible store. They sold me a new gun that did not work. Tried to take it in to have them fix return or exchange but they would do none of the above. ON top of everything the owner told me he could send the gun into the manufacturer at my cost. However I called them myself and they paid the shipping and fixing of the gun with not a penny cost to me. Cant say how upset I was as I even made a trade to them knowing they were a local company and trying to support them. Filed with the BBB as they should not be able to sell people broken items they claim are new and then not refund or exchange when the customer call bull on their practices. The manager/owner was even rude and arrogant from the start when I had come in very calm and polite. Despite the fact I was furious. I would HIGHLY recommend that if you plan to make a gun purchase skip The Gun Broker stores and either make a trip to the new Cabelas in Springfield or go online to BudsGunShop. Either of these are much better options than the shady practices of The Gun Broker shops.
