Review content:
VCA is the ONLY animal hospital that I know of who calls you the next day to check up on your pet. The staff is so knowledgeable and welcoming. The most surprising is the animals that are in the hospital for an outpatient surgery are not in cages! They are laying on a comfy mat/bed in the receptionist area! The veterinarians are always concern for your pet by explaining every option that is available. VCA has known my two dogs since the breeder (also a member) brought them in for their first check up. Every time I call, the receptionist will ask about the well being of my dogs by referring to them by their names. I am very pleased with this animal hospital.
