Mr. Ellis, Kenneth was wonderful to work with. He was intuitive about our wants and needs, and proactive. We were mentally prepared to buy, but you were our first VW dealership we went to, so we hadn't even looked around. The service was great, Kenneth was sincere and it just felt right. It was great to have the available computer to obtain insurance for the car on the spot. I honestly drove off with a big smile on my face. Zero buyer's remorse. Jim Ellis dealerships will be our first stop for any car in the future. We will be buying another one this year, so we will be back. Thanks for the experience! Cheers, DH
