If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager is a complete jerk! Satisfaction guaranteed is not worth the paper it's printed on. Unless you an expert in whatever equipment you need, don't shop there. No one wants to help you and if you return something the manager treats you like a worthless idiot that is trying to steal from him - even with a receipt. I would pay 30% more just to not go there again. I have never been more disappointed or insulted in my life. Save your time and prevent a headache by buying on Ebay. This store doesn't deserve your business or your hard earned money.
