If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager is a complete jerk! Satisfaction guaranteed is not worth the paper it's printed on. Unless you an expert in whatever equipment you need, don't shop there. No one wants to help you and if you return something the manager treats you like a worthless idiot that is trying to steal from him - even with a receipt. I would pay 30% more just to not go there again. I have never been more disappointed or insulted in my life. Save your time and prevent a headache by buying on Ebay. This store doesn't deserve your business or your hard earned money. more

Outstanding! 12/1/2009

We are restoring a 105 year old house, and we have bought vanities, solid wood doors, door hardware, oak cabinets, rugs, etc from this store. The prices can not be beat, and we have had great service every time we have been in. (Darren in cabinets is a great guy that really takes care of his customers!) The different selection of items has allowed us to find some of the unique things we needed for the house. We are glad we found this place!!! We drive about 1 1/2 hrs to get to this store, and it is worth the drive every time. Pros: Price, wide array of merchandise more

Need an online catalog 8/14/2009

I went online to shop for barstools, but they have no online store to view items on. That's kind of inconvient for those of us who do a lot of online shopping, & rather do online shopping. Pros: Excellent store Cons: need to view products on line more
