Review content:
Joseph & Friends sees itself as a step above -- a little pretentious but normally with good technicians. It is more expensive than some of its counterparts who do an equally good job. The bad part is that the technicians think they can do no wrong. I went in, and the technician doing my hair was in such a hurry to leave that she used the hottest setting possible on the dryer and burned my scalp so bad that I screamed, not once but twice. Any concession for the pain? No. It's not the money that upset me so much -- it is that someone who injures a client should be willing to make some concession, or the client can go somewhere else. Believe me, I will. It's not as if they care whether you come back in. I'd rather do business with someone who values my business.
