My excellent experience started when I called in to book an appointment. The girl on the phone was so positive and helpful. She was patient and a good listener she was recommending stylists and times for me. It just got better when I walked in for my appointment. The receptionist who scheduled my appointment introduced herself and offered me something to drink and magazines. I didnt even sit down yet when my stylish stylist came to get me. She was spunky and excited to get started. She gave me a chair massage and a soothing relaxing shampoo. My haircut was even came out exactly want I wanted actaully better. And she gave recommended cute color ideas for my new cut next time I come in. I couldn ask for anything better. Thanx Joseph! I will be back and bring my friends.
