Our heat went completely out during the winter and we quickly called the first HVAC company we found, Service Experts. They came out, charged $1000 to fix. A year later the problem occurred again. We called Service Experts again hoping they would help us since they fixed the problem earlier, but again they said it would cost $800 to fix. The technician suggested we get a whole new system which runs anywhere from $3000 to $7000. Instead we called another HVAC company to get a second opinion. They came out and said nothing was wrong with our system that a small tube needed to be cleaned out. The technician cleaned out the tube and our heat works fine! We will NEVER use Service Experts again!
