I've been going to this salon for a trim every few months, but last week I decided to get my hair cut. I brought in a picture and proceeded. My haircut looked nothing like the picture (shoulder length bob) and instead looked like the "Rachel" of the mid 90's. I thought I would die, she was supposed to cut off about 6-8 inches and instead I lost about 12. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed and the other stylist was horrified. My hair is way too short but at least now I have a style, when they were fixing my hair the stylist told me it was 1.5 inches shorter on one side than the other (when was the last time an assymetrical haircut was in style). Needless to say I will never go back, even though I must admit the rest of the staff was wonderful!
