Finally, after trying 4 high-end salons, I found a home at Studio Gavin with Jamie Sprott! I have difficult, curly hair that had been color-treated very poorly. Jamie fixed the color on the first visit...goodbye brassy! Put in some VERY subtle high-lights and gabe me a beautiful cut. In subsequent visits, I've been treated like a queen and walk out looking like a million bucks! Jamie knows what she's doing and is fun and funny, too! I've never felt like the place was "clubby" or "snobby" like many Nashville-area salons! Very professional, great products and knowledgeable colorists and stylists. To make my curly hair look smooth and swingy is quite a feat, and they know how to do it here! Of course, my cut looks great when it curls naturally, too...Thanks Jamie!
Pros: Just about everything
Cons: Probably price, but you get what you pay for!
