I have to echo the other reviewer. We chose them when we moved in a few years ago. We pay a yearly rental fee for our tank but barely need delivery as I only use the gas for cooking. They were quick to remind us when our rental fee was due but it is two and a half weeks and counting that I'm waiting for a gas delivery. Customer service is incompetent, the most quoted answer is I don't know, I can't tell you... Two weeks of not being able to use my stove. I called them to remove their tank and will be getting another company. I once called my oil company All Island fuel for a delivery on a Sunday got a call back Mon. morning and a delivery by the afternoon with no contract. That's how you are supposed to run a business, and that's why every chance I get I tell people about them. On the other hand I will be telling everyone I know about my experience with Paraco which will not be favorable(an understatement).
