My experience at the Diamond Vault of Troy was very unique; from the very first time that I spoke with Timothy on the phone I realized that there was something different about this business. Randall carefully listened to my questions, suggested several options that could work with my budget, and offered excellent prices. I loved the private ambiance of the Diamond Vault. It made me feel more comfortable to ask questions and I wasn?t afraid to take time to think about my decision. There was no pressure to buy at that second unlike most of the common jewelry stores. This is by far the best jewelry store I?ve ever visited. I know for a fact I will not be able to go back to a common jewelry store after visiting the Diamond Vault of Troy.
