The Diamond Vault of Troy is absolutely the best for many reasons - one is the private and intimate experience picking out the "perfect" piece of jewelry. Tim and Randy are the owners and help educate during the process. I have gone to the DVT for years, first to get my engagement ring with my husband, then Christmas gifts, etc... we just keep going back.
