I first went to Patterson's when I got my 3 year old min pin. Patterson's has always been a friendly, caring place to take my pet. Dr. Graham and the staff are all understanding and compassionate to me (and my finances) and my little neurotic dog. My dog knows Robert, the groomer, by name and gets excited for his nail trims. I always know I can call with any question, and they always treat me with kindness and provide excellent information. Often, if my pet has been in for a problem, they will call to check on him. They are great for same day visits, and I swear even the other people in the waiting room are always nice too! Every staff member there is wonderful. Anyone who remarks that the office is dirty or smelly doesn't understand that its an ANIMAL hospital, not a luxury spa for pets. I'd recommend Patterson's to anyone.
