I have had the worst experience with Academy. I paid for them to remove my gutters , when they came out to take them down they discovered that I had the gutter guard system and wanted to just remove the tops. They said the gutters would be fine. They weren't. While working on the roof, one gutter system was bent and now the water doesn't run into the gutter but straight onto my back deck. I had them come out and they were trying to fix the gutters by pulling on them to straighten out the gutter. That did nothing to fix it and now the only thing I get are more and more bills for the final payment due. Not only have they continually sent the bills to me but they put a lien on my house for the $900. that I held back until the problems was corrected. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are great at sending out bills and putting liens on your house but the service is terrible.

Cons: No service after the roofing is finished
