Review content:
we sent my parents there for a birthday - first occasion was fabulous, shrimp cocktail, lobster tail -they has such a great date, spent $120 for 2 but thought it was worth the money. It was so good that they went back for the same meal - WHAT a DISASTER!! The lobster tails were so tough that they could not eat them. It was obvious that the fresh lobster had not been sold so they were cooked prior and reheated. The food was left on their plates but the waitress never asked what the problem was - obviously there was one. They paid the bill and left. We emailed the owners but never got a response. The sad thing is my parents are 90 and 94 years old and live very close - we were looking forward to many more gift cards. We celebrated their 70th anniversary and took the group of 20 to a different restaurant that lobster was great. The wait staff need to know that elderly people do not complain and Mr Pauls should not serve reheated lobster to anyone, even the elderly.
