I'm surprised to see a negative review, as my experience has been nothing but positive. Paul Medawar and his sons are knowledgeable and friendly, and I recommend them across the board for their sales, selection, and service. I have never been disappointed. I once took a mechanical watch in to have the timing regulated; the store was not very busy just then, so Paul invited me back into the shop to observe as he did the service. Very interesting opportunity to see what's inside the watch, to get a tutorial on how it functions, and to see a craftsman at work. Most recently, I took an Omega mechanical in for timing, and David did the work. It's now running with quartz accuracy. Oh, and they didn't charge me -- did that service as a friendly gesture, even though it normally runs about $150. Again, compliments to Paul and his sons. Highly recommended.
